- Any screenshots that help us understand what you are seeing.
Common questions
“My report is taking longer than 6 minutes.” — This rarely happens. Email us with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
“I lost my access code.” — Check your confirmation email (subject starts with “Your MyKibbe order”). If you still cannot find it, email us and we will resend.
“The type doesn’t feel right.” — Click “Re-analyze” inside your report — we will run a fresh analysis for free.
