Refund Policy

Our commitment to your satisfaction.

We want you to love your Kibbe report. Here is how refunds work:

Before your report is generated

If you paid but have not yet uploaded your photos, contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours for a full refund.

After your report is generated

Because each report is a custom, compute-intensive product generated individually for you, refunds after delivery are handled case by case. If your report looks obviously wrong (cut-off images, clearly incorrect type classification, failed image generation), we will:

  • Re-run the analysis for free — just use the “Re-analyze” button on your report page, or email us.
  • Issue a full refund if a second attempt still does not meet your expectations.

Not refundable

  • “I changed my mind” after receiving a valid, complete report.
  • Disputes about subjective style preferences (the Kibbe system itself is opinion-based).

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
