Privacy Policy

How we protect your photos and your data.

At MyKibbe, your privacy is not an afterthought — it is the foundation of our service. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have over your personal information.

What we collect

  • Photos you upload — the three reference images you provide for your Kibbe analysis.
  • Order information — your email address, billing name, country, and payment status (we never see your full card number; PayPal handles that).
  • Analysis results — the AI-generated report linked to your account.
  • Usage analytics — anonymised pageviews and device type via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

How we use your photos

  • Your photos are only used to generate your personalised Kibbe report.
  • They are never used to train AI models.
  • They are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of your report being generated.
  • Images embedded in your report (fabric moodboards, outfit illustrations, etc.) are AI-generated derivatives — the original photos themselves do not appear.

Who can see your report

Every report is protected by a 6-character access code that only you receive in your confirmation email. Without this code, your private report cannot be viewed even by someone who knows the URL.

Third-party services

  • PayPal — processes your payment securely. See their privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare R2 — stores your AI-generated report images on a secure CDN.
  • Resend — delivers transactional emails (order confirmation, report ready, access code).
  • Google Analytics / Tag Manager — anonymous traffic measurement only.

Your rights

You can request a full export or complete deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond to all requests within 7 business days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for your session (checkout, report unlock) and analytics cookies for understanding site usage. No tracking cookies are used for advertising.
