Okay so I’ve been trying to figure out my Kibbe type for literally months and this finally clicked something for me. I’m in Columbus and my friend group has been obsessed with this system — we even did a little “type each other” night last weekend lol. The part about body lines versus just measurements was my aha moment. I’m definitely going back to look at my bone structure instead of the scale. One question though: can your type shift if you loose a significant amount of weight?
